Job Description / Body:
Location: Netherlands (Relocation Required)
Experience: years (with 5+ years in product, app, and cloud security)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the realization of product security deliverables during the development of medical and consumer (IoT) products, applications, and cloud-based services.
- Ensure security and privacy by design, conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and verification activities, conforming to the Quality Management System.
- Engage with both business and corporate stakeholders to implement and maintain organizational information security policies and controls.
- Support internal and external audits and contribute to continuous improvement of security policies, procedures, and frameworks.
- Foster collaboration across R&D, IT, and corporate functions to ensure integrated security initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors or Master's in Computer Science, Electrical/Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven expertise in threat modeling, security architecture, risk management, and cryptography.
- Hands-on experience with secure software practices (e.g., secure boot, OTA updates, SBOM).
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, IEC 62443, OWASP, and medical device cybersecurity standards (IEC 62304, ISO 14971, EU/FDA guidance).
- Certifications such as CISSP, CSSLP, HCISPP, CEH, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer preferred.
- Strong communicator, capable of leading initiatives, coaching teams, and interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders in global, multicultural environments.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands.
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is a strong advantage.
