Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Pilates, Strength, Spinning, Fitness Instructor to join our team and lead our group fitness program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging experience for our members, guiding them through effective workouts, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and instruct group fitness classes, ensuring a safe and enjoyable workout for all participants.

· Provide individualized fitness consultations and guidance to members based on their goals.

· Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and modifications for various fitness levels.

· Motivate and encourage members to achieve their fitness objectives.

· Assist with the on boarding of new members, including introducing them to equipment and basic workout routines.

· Maintain a clean and organized workout area, ensuring all equipment is in safe working order.

· Promote club services and programs, contributing to member engagement.

· Provide exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in health, fitness, or recreation-related field preferred.

· Nationally recognized fitness certification (e.g., ACSM, ACE, NASM) or equivalent.

· CPR/AED certification.

· Previous experience in fitness instruction, preferably in a group fitness setting.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse fitness levels and backgrounds.

· Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
