Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in English, located in Delhi, India. The TGT English will be responsible for teaching English language and literature to students, preparing lesson plans, conducting assessments, and ensuring the holistic academic growth of students. Additional responsibilities include engaging students through interactive learning methods, maintaining classroom discipline, and participating in school events and activities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English Teaching and the ability to deliver structured lessons effectively.
  • Strong Communication skills to engage students and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Basic Translation abilities to facilitate better understanding and learning where required.
  • Customer Service orientation to address student and parent queries empathetically.
  • Experience in Training students in soft skills and enhancing their language capabilities.
  • Relevant teaching certifications or qualifications (e.g., B.Ed. or equivalent).
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in English or a related field.
  • Prior teaching experience in secondary education is preferred.
  • An innovative and student-centric teaching approach.
