Job Title: Electrician

Location: Durgapur, West Bengal

Experience Required: 3 - 4 Years

Qualification:

ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering

For ITI candidates: Valid Workmen Permit issued by the Govt. of West Bengal (Parts Qualification: 1a, 1b, 2)

For Diploma candidates: Valid Supervisor License issued by the Govt. of West Bengal (Parts Qualification: 1, 2, 11)

Job Responsibilities:

Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.

Carry out troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of machines, control systems, and instrumentation such as sensors, level switches, actuators, limit switches, and associated wiring.

Manage maintenance and servicing of UPS systems, DG sets, transformers, motors, LT/HT panels, distribution panels, starters, and lighting systems.

Ensure all electrical maintenance activities are performed safely and as per standard operating procedures.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

Maintain proper documentation of maintenance records and support audits/inspections as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience as an electrician in a manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
