Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:
1. Accounting and Compliance Management:
o Manage accounting processes for Private Limited Companies and individual clients.
o Ensure accounts are accurately maintained up to the finalization stage.
2. Tax Compliance:
o Handle GST, TDS, and Professional Tax calculations, payments, and return filings.
o Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and Professional Tax requirements.
3. Financial Budgeting and Forecasting:
o Assist in preparing financial budgets and forecasts to support financial planning and decision-making.
4. Team Training and Guidance:
o Train new recruits on accounting practices, compliance requirements, and internal processes.
o Guide junior staff and subordinates to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
5. Reconciliations and Reporting:
o Perform reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
o Implement internal checks and controls to maintain data integrity.
o Prepare and present MIS reports.
6. Payments and Investments:
o Oversee vendor and utility payments.
o Track and report on investments as part of financial planning.
7. Audit and ITR Assistance:
o Support audit processes as required.
o Assist in preparing and filing Income Tax Returns.
8. Administrative Support:
o Manage general administrative tasks as needed to support the finance and accounts function.

Requirements:
Education: Inter CA / CA
Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
Skills:
o Demonstrated experience managing GST, TDS, and Professional Tax compliances independently.
o Strong knowledge of accounting practices, including finalization, auditing, and ITR filings.
o Proficiency in Tally Prime, as well as an understanding of TDS, GST, and Professional Tax.
o Ability to manage budgeting, forecasting, and provide training to new recruits and junior team members.
