  3. Assist in immunohistochemistry and molecular testing.

*Quality Control and Assurance:*

  1. Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and procedures.

  2. Participate in quality control and quality assurance programs.

  3. Monitor and maintain laboratory supplies and equipment.

*Collaboration and Communication:*

  1. Work closely with pathologists, technicians, and other laboratory staff.

  2. Communicate results and findings to pathologists and clinicians.

  3. Provide technical support and training to junior staff.

*Safety and Compliance:*

  1. Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and procedures.

  2. Comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., CLIA, CAP).

  3. Participate in laboratory audits and inspections.
