Input

  • Records to be maintained for all inputs (duty paid and duty free) received in factory.

  • Issue of Annexure for local sale.

  • Entry to be recorded in register.

  • Maintained stock as per the documents.

  • Issue material for production (received from the store to excise).

  • Prepare monthly return of the imported goods received, consumed and balance bill

  • Submit monthly return to Customs.

  • Maintain manufacturing register with finished goods manufacture, scrap generated

  • Maintain Finished goods and sale register (For Export and Local sale) separately

Export

  • Receipt of quantity manufactured and ready for export (data to be maintained in

daily stock register)

  • Finished Goods to be received with return note.

  • Prepare export documents as per the order received from marketing.

  • Check the empty container before stuffing and intimate to Customs department well

in advance for export of the goods with details.

  • Final export documents to be prepared after stuffing and sealing of the container.

  • Send all the relevant documents to CHA FOR CUSTOMS PASSING.

  • Follow up with CHA for further movement of cargo till getting Bill of Lading.

  • Any other work related to Customs/GST office whenever arises.
