Position Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Human Resources professional with 7–8 years of relevant experience to oversee HR operations and generalist responsibilities. The successful candidate will be adept in stakeholder management, proficient in HR software, and capable of driving HR initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, compliance, and HR documentation.
  • Serve as an HR generalist, handling recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and separation processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across departments to address HR-related requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance.
  • Utilize HRMS and related software systems for data management, reporting, and process optimization.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and provide support in grievance handling and conflict resolution.
  • Assist leadership in strategic HR planning and organizational development initiatives.

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and generalist functions.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and related HR software, along with MS Office applications.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
