  • Handle guest complaints politely and ensure proper solutions are provided.
  • Guide guests on ticketing, token usage, and game procedures.
  • Follow all safety and service protocols as instructed by management.

Job Specification

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (HSC).
  • Age: 18–32 years.
  • Gender: Male / Female (as per company preference).
  • Good communication skills in Hindi & Local Language .
  • Pleasant personality and positive body language.
  • Confident, polite, and helpful nature.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 08.00 PM & 01.00 PM to 10.00 PM (Rotational Shifts)

Salary Range: ₹13,000-₹15000 per month.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month
