Job Description
- Welcome and greet all guests with a smile and positive attitude.
- Help guests with queries, directions, and information about games or services.
- Handle guest complaints politely and ensure proper solutions are provided.
- Guide guests on ticketing, token usage, and game procedures.
- Follow all safety and service protocols as instructed by management.
Job Specification
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (HSC).
- Age: 18–32 years.
- Gender: Male / Female (as per company preference).
- Good communication skills in Hindi & Local Language .
- Pleasant personality and positive body language.
- Confident, polite, and helpful nature.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 08.00 PM & 01.00 PM to 10.00 PM (Rotational Shifts)
Salary Range: ₹13,000-₹15000 per month.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month
