Administrative Manager – Mattress Manufacturing

Responsibilities

1. Office & Facility Management

  • Oversee daily administrative operations in the office and factory premises.
  • Ensure the facility is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors for utilities, housekeeping, maintenance, and general services.

2. Factory Management

  • Support smooth day-to-day functioning of the manufacturing unit.
  • Coordinate with production, quality, HR, logistics, and maintenance teams for operational requirements.
  • Monitor factory readiness, including utilities, lighting, cleanliness, PPE availability, and safety compliance.
  • Manage gate control, visitor access, vendor entry, and contractor coordination.

3. Factory Equipment & Machinery Coordination

  • Coordinate preventive and routine maintenance schedules with technicians and service providers.
  • Maintain records of machinery service history, warranties, and AMCs.
  • Ensure timely servicing, calibration, and safety checks of equipment used in mattress production.
  • Support procurement and installation of new machinery in coordination with production and maintenance teams.

4. Asset Management

  • Maintain an updated register of all company assets (office equipment, tools, IT devices, machinery-related assets).
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure accurate tagging, tracking, and utilization of assets.
  • Coordinate repairs, replacements, and movement of assets within the plant.

5. Compliance Management

  • Ensure all factory and administrative activities comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain documentation for compliance audits—safety, labor laws, fire safety, environmental regulations, etc.
  • Coordinate with HR and Safety teams to ensure regulatory certificates, licenses, and permits are up to date.
  • Support internal and external audit preparation and follow-up actions.

  • Budget & Inventory Management

  • Assist in preparing and tracking administrative and facility-related budgets.

  • Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Oversee inventory of office supplies, PPE, safety materials, and administrative consumables.

7. Records & Documentation Management

  • Maintain organized records for production reports, vendor contracts, compliance documents, and administrative files.
  • Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
