Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Amazon Seller Account Manager based in Udaipur. The primary responsibilities include managing and optimizing the company's Amazon seller accounts, overseeing product listings, analyzing sales trends, improving product visibility, and performing competitor analysis. The role also involves enhancing account performance metrics, resolving customer queries, coordinating with various teams for inventory and shipment management, and implementing strategies to grow the brand presence on Amazon.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing Amazon seller accounts, optimizing listings, and improving account performance
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales metrics, utilizing data for decision-making, and conducting competitor analysis
  • Knowledge in digital marketing, product positioning, and customer engagement strategies
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Understanding of e-commerce and supply chain operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience with Amazon Seller Central is highly beneficial
