About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage our financial operations across multiple international locations.

The ideal candidate will handle accounting tasks, reconciliations, billing, and management reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting for international operations
  • Prepare invoices, maintain ledgers, and reconcile accounts
  • Process vendor payments and handle expense tracking
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
  • Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management review
  • Assist in audits and monthly/quarterly closing activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in accounting or finance roles
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or similar accounting software
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage cross-border accounts and coordinate with multiple teams
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
