Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-spectrum accounting functions: ledger management, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and statutory compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and provide required documentation.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Mentor and guide junior accounting staff for efficient operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, CA Intern
  • 2-4 years of hands-on accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and statutory compliance.
  • Expertise in Tally accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently.
