Position: Accounts Payable
Position Summary:
a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable Executive to manage the company's vendor payment and expense management functions. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all financial transactions within the AP domain. This role is integral to the smooth functioning of our finance department in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Core Responsibilities
End-to-End AP Management:
Oversee the complete accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, verification against purchase orders, and execution of payments.

Vendor Account Management:
Conduct regular vendor reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. Maintain comprehensive and organized transaction records.

Compliance and Governance:
Ensure strict adherence to internal financial policies, statutory requirements (GST, TDS), and preparation for internal/external audits.

Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise effectively with vendors regarding invoices and payment status, and collaborate with internal departments to facilitate smooth processing.

Expense Reimbursement:
Manage the processing of employee expense claims and reimbursements in accordance with company policy.

Reporting and Analysis:
Generate Accounts Payable reports, perform ageing analysis, and provide essential support for month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Process Optimization:
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the AP function by identifying and supporting the implementation of automation and efficiency initiatives.

Required Qualifications And Skills
A minimum of 3-7 years of professional experience in an Accounts Payable or Finance Operations role. Experience in the BFSI or Fintech sector is highly preferred.

In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other relevant financial regulations.

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and demonstrated experience with enterprise-level ERP/financial systems.

Superior attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
