WHAT WILL YOU DO AT WHOLSUM FOODS
?

At Wholsum Foods, we're building brands that make nutritious food exciting and accessible for all. We're looking for a Category Brand Manager to lead the brand thinking and execution for one of our core product categories. This role is a unique blend of consumer insight, brand storytelling, and business-first execution.

You'll work closely with the Category Head to shape the category strategy — while owning the brand voice, content, packaging, and communication across all touchpoints.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
:

1. Build and execute the
   category marketing calendar
   — including launches, key moments, and BAU campaigns.
2. Own execution of
   pricing, pack strategy, innovation pipeline, and GTM
   across
3. D2C, marketplaces, and retail trade.
4. Define the
   category brand architecture
   : positioning, tone of voice, benefit ladder, and claim hierarchy in line with consumer insight.
5. Deeply understand the consumer journey: triggers, barriers, and usage occasions across channels.
6. Build consistent brand & category narrative across
   packaging, digital, listings, and campaigns.
7. Drive
   new product launches end-to-end
   : packaging, listings, creatives, and performance tracking.
8. Work closely with category, performance marketing, creative, community, product, and retail teams.

WHAT SKILLS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE
?

1. Have
   2-3 years in brand/category roles
   in FMCG or high-growth startups (E-commerce/ D2C experience preferred)
2. Are deeply
   consumer-obsessed
   , with a knack for turning insight into action.
3. Have experience
   writing/briefing pack copy, brand claims, and digital content
4. Can
   balance
   brand building with business outcomes
5. Thrive in a
   fast-paced, ownership-driven
   environment
6. High
   learning agility
   and a
   collaborative mindset
   to thrive in a fast-evolving, cross-functional setup
