**Job Description:**

We are looking for a *Dispatch and Sampling Coordinator* to manage day-to-day dispatch operations, documentation, and sample handling activities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate dispatch of goods and ensure timely delivery as per schedule.

  • Manage preparation, labeling, and documentation of product samples.

  • Maintain dispatch and sampling records using MS Office tools.

  • Liaise with logistics partners, internal departments, and clients for smooth coordination.

  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

  • Graduate in any discipline.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

  • Good command of written and spoken English.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Prior experience in dispatch or sampling coordination preferred.

**Experience:** Experienced candidates will be given preference.
