The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to execute workplace transformation projects that meet clients' business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full project lifecycle for commercial fit-out projects, including office, retail, and specialty commercial spacesDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plansCoordinate activities of designers, contractors, vendors, and consultants throughout the projectConduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to specificationsImplement robust change management processes to control scope and maintain project viabilityIdentify and mitigate potential risks through proactive planning and quick problem resolutionMaintain clear and consistent communication with clients and stakeholdersEnsure compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and sustainability requirementsPrepare and present project status reports and documentationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field7-8 years of experience managing commercial interior fit-out projectsProven track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetStrong knowledge of construction methods, building systems, and interior finishesExperience with project management software and toolsExcellent communication and client relationship skillsStrong negotiation and conflict resolution abilitiesDetail-oriented with exceptional organizational skillsPreferred SkillsProfessional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar)Experience with sustainable design and LEED/WELL/BREEAM certification processesKnowledge of local building codes and permit requirementsExperience with BIM and digital construction technologiesUnderstanding of workplace strategy and occupancy planningWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageOpportunity to work on diverse and challenging fit-out projectsProfessional development and advancement opportunitiesCollaborative and dynamic work environmentSupport for relevant professional certificationsLocation: On-site –Kolkata, WBScheduled Weekly Hours:48If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
