E-Commerce Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and manage our online business across multiple marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in international marketplaces, especially (USA), with a deep understanding of the Ayurvedic/OTC product segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize listings, pricing, promotions, and campaigns across e-commerce platforms.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase visibility, conversion, and overall sales performance.
- Handle inventory planning.
- Oversee advertising (PPC, sponsored listings, A content, etc.) and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and share actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and brand standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of e-commerce management experience, preferably in FMCG / Ayurvedic / OTC products.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central (India & ).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, data analytics, and marketplace tools.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional coordination.
