**Responsibilities**:

- **Marketplace Management**: Manage product listings, inventory, and sales performance across multiple online platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho,jiomart.
- **Product Listing and Optimization**: Create compelling product listings with clear and engaging descriptions, high-quality images, and optimized keywords to improve search visibility and conversion rates.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely replenishment to prevent stockouts and optimize sales opportunities.
- **Performance Analysis**: Analyze sales data, traffic trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- **Digital Marketing**: Implement digital marketing campaigns including PPC advertising, sponsored product listings, and promotions to increase product visibility and drive traffic to online stores.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Conduct regular competitor analysis to benchmark performance, identify market trends, and capitalize on opportunities to stay ahead in the competitive e-commerce landscape.
- **Customer Service**: Respond to customer inquiries, address complaints, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience and foster customer loyalty.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and logistics to align e-commerce strategies with overall business objectives and drive growth.
