Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging creatives for
    social media, website, presentations, marketing campaigns, and internal communication
  • Create
    branding assets, pitch decks, brochures, posters, and event creatives
  • Work closely with the
    Marketing, and Leadership teams
    on design requirements
  • Maintain consistency in
    brand identity and visual standards
  • Create quick-turnaround creatives for
    ongoing campaigns and hiring initiatives
  • Develop basic
    motion graphics/videos
    (if applicable)
  • Adapt designs for
    digital and print formats
  • Take complete ownership of assigned projects from concept to final output

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a
    Graphic Designer / Visual Designer
  • Strong command over
    Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and/or Figma
  • Good understanding of
    layout, typography, color theory, and branding
  • Ability to work in a
    fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Portfolio showcasing past design work is mandatory

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

  • Basic
    video editing or motion graphics
    (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, etc.)
  • Experience with
    social media content design
  • Understanding of
    marketing and employer branding
