Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance the official SISYA CLASS YouTube channel.
  • Create top-notch educational and promotional videos.
  • Optimize titles, tags, descriptions, and thumbnails to boost visibility and SEO.
  • Utilize YouTube Analytics to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Keep abreast of evolving YouTube trends like YouTube Shorts and educational content styles.
  • Collaborate efficiently with teachers, designers, and the marketing team.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in YouTube SEO and growth tactics.
  • Expertise in video editing with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
  • Demonstrated creativity in crafting captivating thumbnails, titles, and narratives.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret YouTube Analytics effectively.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Prior experience in education and edtech content is advantageous.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of YouTube channel management experience.
  • A degree in Media, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
