The Role

We're looking for a highly creative 
Full Stack Graphics
 to elevate our brand presence through AI-empowered designs. You'll craft visual content across digital platforms, websites, print campaigns, and video communication. Your creative flair, combined with AI-driven processes, will add depth and personalization to our marketing and digital customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Channel Design
    : Create eye-catching visuals for websites, landing pages, web banners, email campaigns, mobile apps, brochures, and offline collateral.
  • Website & UX/UI Design
    : Collaborate with product and tech teams to design intuitive website layouts, interactive elements, and responsive user interfaces using Figma, Adobe XD, or AI-based prototyping tools.
  • Print Production Proficiency
    : Design crisp, accurate print materials including banners, posters, print ads, quarterly newsletters, and branch-level posters.
  • AI-Powered Video Editing
    : Produce and edit engaging videos for social media and campaigns, integrating AI-editing tools for speed and personalization.
  • AI Tool Utilization
    : Leverage generative AI platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Canva Magic) to ideate, iterate, and upscale visuals faster while staying brand-consistent.
  • Brand Cohesion
    : Ensure all creative outputs—digital, print, and web—align with Bajaj Capital's brand guidelines and financial tone of voice.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration
    : Work alongside marketing, product, content, and digital teams to support campaigns, product launches, client education, and website improvements.
  • Prototyping & Iteration
    : Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Webflow (preferred), alongside AI-based UX/visual tools to prototype, test, and refine web and app experiences.
  • Continuous Learning
    : Stay updated with the latest in AI design trends, UX/UI practices, and financial sector visuals to maintain a market-leading edge.

What You'll Bring

  • AI Design Enthusiasm
    : A genuine passion for infusing AI into creative workflows and a willingness to experiment with new tools and prompts.
  • 5+ Years of Hands-On Experience
    : Proven in graphic and digital design, with strong portfolios in web design, print, and video, ideally including financial services.
  • Web/UI Expertise
    : Experience designing responsive websites, landing pages, and digital interfaces; familiarity with HTML/CSS basics is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Advanced Video Editing
    : Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or AI-powered video editors like Runway or Pika.
  • Print Layout Expertise
    : Skilled in print production processes, color profiles (CMYK vs. RGB), typography, and layout specifications.
  • Design Software Mastery
    : Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Figma, and AI-enhanced design platforms.
