We are a fast-growing healthtech organization building integrated healthcare solutions that combine AI/ML and cloud-native platforms. Our mission is to accelerate therapeutic interventions, and improve real-life outcomes for children across the world.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack + Cloud Ops) to join our core technology team and contribute to building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying applications using the MERN (MongoDB, , , ) stack, while also owning cloud infrastructure and DevOps operations. You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and design teams to build features that power our next-gen healthcare solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment (MERN Stack)

  • Design and develop scalable web applications and APIs using , Express, and MongoDB.
  • Build interactive and responsive front-end applications using and modern UI frameworks.
  • Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data handling practices.
  • Write clean, modular, and testable code with proper documentation.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, AI/ML models, and IoT endpoints.

Cloud Ops / DevOps

  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on AWS / GCP / Azure.
  • Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab, or similar).
  • Implement containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize for scalability.
  • Ensure best practices for cloud security, backups, and disaster recovery

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, , , ).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (preferred), and RESTful API development.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS / GCP / Azure cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, Cloud Functions, etc.).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
  • Strong understanding of cloud security practices (IAM, VPC, SSL/TLS, secrets management).
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, CloudWatch).
  • Solid problem-solving and debugging skills in production environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180, ₹600,000.00 per year
