Work: HybridKey Responsibilities:Drive automated management of the infrastructure hosting estate (Virtualisation, Storage, Backups, and Linux) using tools like Ansible and GitHub. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure deliverables align with DevOps best practices. Manage support, escalations, incidents, and root cause analysis.

Guide and influence external service providers and internal workstreams to achieve successful outcomes.Develop and implement administration standards and procedures. Be a strong advocate for automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Skills and Qualifications:Solid understanding of VMware vSphere administration with 7-10 years of hands-on experience.

Experience with Cisco UCS and MDS.Knowledge of storage technologies, including fibre channel networks, NFS, and object storage. Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell. Experience with Red Hat Linux administration.

Familiarity with DevOps tools like Ansible, Git, and GitHub. Strong understanding of network technologies, including firewalls, switching, routing, TCP/IP, WAN, and LAN.Exposure to Kubernetes and containerized environments is a plus. Ability to think strategically, perform risk analysis, and adapt to organizational changes.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical issues to all levels. Desired Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):Experience with Terraform.

Working knowledge of hybrid environments, preferably Azure. Familiarity with current and emerging Microsoft technologies. Disaster recovery experience.

Previous ITIL exposure.
