Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled RPA Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the RPA platform infrastructure.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of our RPA platform, including server architecture design, installation, and configuration for development, test, and production environments. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and implementing updates to client infrastructure related to application installations.

You will also play a crucial role in ensuring that our platform architecture aligns with enterprise architecture roadmaps and adheres to enterprise architecture principles. This includes implementing results of periodic security audits by cyber security teams.

To ensure optimal infrastructure performance, you will continuously identify bottlenecks and optimize resource allocation. Your prompt response and resolution of incidents related to network issues and infrastructure problems will be essential in minimizing downtime within SLA-decided timelines.

Maintaining up-to-date documentation of license agreements, network configurations, and infrastructure setup is also a critical aspect of this role. This documentation will aid troubleshooting and future planning efforts.

As an RPA Infrastructure Specialist, you will work closely with the development and support team to resolve any issues related to virtual machines, user profiles, temp profiles, or password expiration, as well as applications such as Office365 and SAP. Your strong technical knowledge and clear communication skills will enable you to contribute to both colleagues and clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing server architecture and installing/configuring it to set up development, test, and production environments for RPA to run.
  • Planning and implementing updates to client's infrastructure with respect to application installations.
  • Ensuring platform architecture aligns with enterprise architecture roadmaps and adheres to enterprise architecture principles.
  • Implementing results of periodic security audits by cyber security.
  • Continuously optimizing infrastructure performance, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Responding to and resolving incidents related to network issues and infrastructure problems promptly to minimize downtime within SLA decided.
  • Maintaining up-to-date documentation of license agreements, network configurations, and infrastructure setup to aid troubleshooting and future planning.
  • Assisting the development and support team for any issues related to VMs, user profiles, temp profiles, or password expiration, applications (O365, SAP, etc.) in terms of infrastructure setup.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience of working on virtual machines, Citrix systems, and all the setups need to be done on virtual machines to deploy a project.
  • Understanding of Azure platform related to infrastructure.
  • Understanding of SQL, API configuration setup, and one or more scripting languages (PowerShell).
  • Affinity with IT in corporate business environments (RDP, Office365, SAP).
