**Job Title: Power Platform RPA Developer**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Development**: Create, develop, and deploy RPA bots using Microsoft Power Automate.
- **Process Analysis**: Work closely with stakeholders to analyze and define business processes for automation.
- **Testing and Quality Assurance**: Conduct unit testing and end-to-end testing of RPA bots to ensure quality and functionality.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**: Monitor and maintain deployed RPA bots, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes promptly.
- **Documentation**: Maintain clear and concise documentation for all automation processes, including bot design, configuration, and validation.
- **Training and Support**: Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of RPA bots.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure the RPA infrastructure is secure and stable.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an RPA developer, preferably with Microsoft Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of business process workflows.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or.NET.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with other RPA tools like UiPath or Blue Prism.
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
- Certification in RPA development or Microsoft Power Platform.
