Job Summary:
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the service center. This role involves greeting customers, understanding their service needs, guiding them through the service process, coordinating with the service advisors, and ensuring smooth customer flow at the service reception.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers arriving at the service center.
- Record customer details and vehicle information accurately.
- Listen to customer complaints or service requirements and pass the details to the Service Advisor/Technician.
- Provide basic information about services, estimated waiting time, and process flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Assist customers with appointment bookings and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely updates to customers.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the Service Manager when needed.
- Ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-friendly attitude and professional appearance.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Strong organizational skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate.
- Experience: 0–2 years in customer-facing roles
