Role Overview

The
Supply Chain Executive
will be responsible for managing the
end-to-end supply operations
for CommuteC's mobility services — including vendor sourcing, onboarding, compliance, and fleet management. This role requires strong vendor relationships, attention to operational details, and a proactive approach to ensuring vehicle availability and compliance for corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage
    fleet vendors, cab operators, and transport partners
    across the North region.
  • Ensure all vendors meet CommuteC's
    compliance and documentation
    standards (RC, insurance, driver KYC, permits, etc.).
  • Maintain and expand vendor relationships to ensure continuous supply of vehicles as per business needs.
  • Coordinate with
    operations, sales, and client servicing teams
    for timely deployment and issue resolution.
  • Monitor vendor performance and adherence to
    SLA, quality, and safety
    requirements.
  • Support
    contract renewals, rate negotiations
    , and ensure cost-effective sourcing.
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor data, compliance, and operational performance.
  • Assist in scaling operations for new projects or client requirements in the region.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate in
    Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Operations
    (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in
    mobility, transport, or logistics operations
    .
  • Strong
    vendor network
    in the North region (cab/fleet operators preferred).
  • Working knowledge of
    onboarding, compliance, and fleet documentation processes
    .
  • Excellent
    coordination, negotiation, and communication
    skills.
  • Ability to work in a
    fast-paced, field-driven environment
    .
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
