We are hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) professional for our garments division in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in garment quality inspection, knowledge of international quality standards, and a keen eye for detail. This role plays a key part in maintaining the quality, consistency, and compliance of our export products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-line, mid-line, and final inspections of garments at various production stages.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities and take corrective/preventive actions.
  • Maintain detailed QA reports and documentation for each batch inspected.
  • Coordinate with production and merchandising teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Work closely with vendors and factories to ensure quality compliance before shipments.
  • Implement and improve quality control procedures and inspection protocols.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3–6 years of experience in garment quality assurance or quality control, preferably in an export-oriented unit.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of garment construction and quality standards.
  • Sharp attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with AQL standards and inspection methods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹45,013.10 per month
