Job description:

Qualified candidates are being considered for Internship at C&R Software, India.  These candidates shall possess a strong educational background in Computer Science and are expected to work on small to medium scale solution integration projects, product development or operations. During the Internship candidates shall undergo trainings, assignments, assessments and shadow projects. Interns will be trained to contribute to projects which focus on the integration of information, process, and people through the application of multiple technologies.

Role / Responsibilities:

• Undergo trainings including Product & technologies
• Adhere to C&R Software's Information Security, HR & IT Policies
• Submit the training assignments on time with high-quality to demonstrate proficiency and commitment to professional development
• Apply feedback received on assignments and tasks to drive continuous improvement 
• Shadow real world projects to understand responsibilities expected in permanent positions
• Assist in developing and implementing technical/functional solutions under senior supervision
• Understand & follow the processes in respective team for day-to-day work
• Gain comprehensive understanding of team workflows and daily operational procedures
• Assist in managing daily, weekly, and monthly data operations and scheduled processes
• Report progress status to team manager
• Learn client-facing communication: requirements gathering, expectation setting, and status reporting with empathy.
• Learn solution implementation basics: product configuration, API integration, scripting, and troubleshooting workflows.
• Practice delivery essentials: documentation, version control, ticketing, agile collaboration across teams.

Skills / Education Requirements:

• Undergraduate / Graduate in Computer Science or Computer Applications such as B. Sc. / B.C.A. /B. Tech. / B. E. / M. Sc. / M. Tech. / M. E. / M.C.A.
• Good technical aptitude to understand & use different technologies
• Good Knowledge of RDBMS concepts on Oracle / MS Sql / AWS Aurora (PostgreSQL) etc. preferred
• Knowledge of Database Query Tools / Technologies such as SQL / PL-SQL etc. preferred
• Good Knowledge of UI programming concepts/languages such as Angular, Java etc. preferred
• Good Knowledge of ETL Tools / Technologies such as SSIS / Kettle / Informatica etc. preferred
• Knowledge on Operating System such as UNIX scripting etc. preferred
• Good in Prompt engineering concepts – Context setting, Role definition, & Expectation management
• Analytical skills to evaluate, validate, and optimize AI-produced code for quality and functionality
• Familiarity with diverse AI platforms, applications, and specialized tools 
• Knowledge of various LLMs, their capabilities, limitations, and optimal use cases
• Understanding of autonomous AI systems & agent-based artificial intelligence solutions
• Strong analytical thinking
• Good communication skills including verbal and writing skills
