Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for IAM systems.
  • Extend our automation testset by creating and maintaining automated test scripts.
  • Collaborate with developers and analysts to gather requirements and design test plans.
  • Perform functional, integration, and automated regression testing on IAM applications.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and issues using appropriate tools.
  • Ensure that IAM systems comply with security standards and best practices.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
  • Provide regular status reports on testing activities and outcomes.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IAM software testing.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management.
  • Experience with IAM platforms such as ForgeRock, Ping Identity, or Oracle AM.
  • Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of security standards and best practices related to IAM.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in test automation using Selenium.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are a plu
