Job Type: Contractual role of 6 months

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ETL and reporting Developer with strong hands-on experience in Informatica PowerCenter and Power BI to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Informatica powercenter data integration, transformation, and data warehousing, with the ability to work across multiple data sources and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and report development in Power BI is a value add.
  • Process data from various heterogeneous sources (e.g., SQL, flat files) into centralized data warehouses.
  • Perform data validation, Extraction, transformation logic implementation, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Implement error handling and logging for monitoring ETL pipelines and ensuring uninterrupted data flow.
  • Support data migration and integration projects, including on-prem to cloud transitions.
  • Create documentation and reports related to data processing, execution status, and discrepancies.
  • Experience with at least one Oracle module (Finance, SCM, or Projects) is required, particularly in the context of integrating or connecting Oracle as a source system

Primary Skills:

  • ETL Development using Informatica (PowerCenter)
  • Building reports in Power BI (or experience with similar BI tools)
  • Strong in SQL/PLSQL, data validation, and data quality concepts

Good to Have:

  • Experience with OBIEE, cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud), or Python scripting
