Job Title: Senior Power BI Developer (Onsite)

Sigma Solve India is hiring an experienced
Senior Power BI Developer
with strong SQL expertise to drive advanced data analytics and reporting initiatives. This is a full-time
onsite role
at our secure, access-controlled facility to ensure safe handling of sensitive PII data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and create impactful visualizations.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
  • Ensure strict compliance with data governance and privacy standards.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshoot to maintain accuracy and performance.
  • Recommend enhancements for reporting and self-service analytics.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).
  • Strong T-SQL and performance-tuning skills.
  • Proficiency in ETL processes and large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must work onsite at Sigma Solve India.

Preferred
: Power BI Premium, Azure Data Services, or Snowflake experience.
