Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Payable Manager at our Navi Mumbai office. The candidate will be responsible for managing all accounts payable activities, including reviewing and processing invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and preparing periodic financial reports. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, managing accruals, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Finance and Accounting to manage financial transactions and related activities
  • Strong knowledge of Journal Entries (Accounting) and Accruals for accurate recording and maintenance of financial data
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to ensure accuracy and problem-solving in financial operations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications like CPA or CMA are advantageous
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools
  • Proven work experience in accounts payable or a related role is preferred
