About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced DocuSign Developer to join our team and lead the design, development, and integration of DocuSign eSignature and CLM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DocuSign APIs, templates, workflows, and system integrations, with a passion for streamlining digital agreement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain DocuSign eSignature and CLM solutions.

  • Create and manage templates, envelopes, PowerForms, and custom workflows.
  • Integrate DocuSign with internal systems (e.g., Salesforce, SharePoint, SAP, etc.) using REST APIs and SDKs.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DocuSign functionality and integrations.
  • Provide documentation, training, and support to end-users and internal teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with DocuSign eSignature and/or CLM.
  • Proficiency in DocuSign APIs (REST, SOAP) and SDKs (Java, .NET, , etc.).
  • Experience with OAuth, JWT, and other authentication methods.
  • Strong understanding of document lifecycle management and digital signature workflows.
  • Experience integrating DocuSign with platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft 365, or custom applications.
  • Familiarity with JSON, XML, and scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, etc.).Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • DocuSign Developer Certification(s).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with other eSignature platforms is a plus.
