Job Profile: Liaisoning Agent – Civil Hospital InfrastructurePosition Summary

The Liaisoning Agent will be responsible for coordinating with government authorities, hospital administration, contractors, and consultants for smooth execution of civil infrastructure projects in hospitals. The role requires maintaining compliance with statutory regulations, facilitating approvals, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Government & Regulatory Approvals
  • Obtain necessary approvals, clearances, and NOCs from municipal bodies, health departments, PWD, fire, and pollution boards.
  • Ensure timely submission and follow-up of applications, documents, and compliance reports.
  • Hospital & Project Coordination
  • Act as a point of contact between hospital authorities, government officials, and project contractors.
  • Address site-level issues related to permissions, inspections, and compliance.
  • Ensure hospital infrastructure projects align with government norms and hospital requirements.
  • Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain proper records of correspondence, permits, licenses, and agreements.
  • Monitor statutory compliance related to civil construction, safety, and healthcare infrastructure norms.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with key officials and hospital administrators.
  • Facilitate smooth communication and conflict resolution between government departments, contractors, and hospital management.
  • Project Support
  • Assist in site inspections, audits, and visits by regulatory authorities.
  • Provide timely updates to senior management regarding project status, approvals, and compliance issues.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong networking and relationship management with government departments.
  • Good knowledge of hospital infrastructure norms, building by-laws, and civil construction processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to handle documentation and regulatory compliance.
  • Problem-solving and coordination ability under pressure.

Qualifications

  • Graduate (preferably in Civil Engineering, Public Administration, or related field).
  • Prior experience in liaisoning roles with hospitals, healthcare projects, or government infrastructure works preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and civil construction approvals is an advantage.

Work Location

  • Based at project site / hospital location with regular visits to government offices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹80,000.00 per month
