As a SeniorConsultant, you would be expected to perform the following activities: · Work with Client's SAM/ITAM stakeholders toestablish a SAM Governance framework, including recommended Key Risk Indicators(KRIs)· Work on Service Catalog and Product Models tobuild an App store in ServiceNow for requesting softwares· Work on automating the software distributionand integrating with Software App Store· Work with the SAM/ITAM team, SteeringCommittee, and ITAM stakeholders to outline the strategic roadmap for ITAM· Work on CMDB tool such as ServiceNow to pulldata exports, create dashboards, update data attributes using admin access· Interview Client infrastructure owners tounderstand the current IT Infrastructure tools that support both ITAM andCybersecurity functions· Work with the SAM team to outline the policiesand standards that align with the goals of the Steering Committee· Analyze CMDB data to assess completeness andaccuracy of CMDB data· Work with the Deloitte teams (US and memberfirms) to create work -products as per their requirements· Demonstrate commitment and focus on quality ofdeliverables· Demonstrate flexibility to work for extendedhours to complete high -priority deliverables· Strong analytical and problem -solving skillsrequired with preferred knowledge of MS office tools such as MS Excel, MSPowerPoint and MS Visio.· Strong communication skills with an ability tointeract with global teamsRequired:· 5 - 8 years of ServiceNow platformadministration & Development experience· Hands -on experience in configuring BusinessRules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, ScriptIncludes, Access Control Lists, complex workflows, and solution migration tohigher environment.· Proficiency with Angular JS, JavaScript,Bootstrap, CSS, and HTML5· Well versedwith variousServiceNow products & platform capabilities.· Hands -on experience on at least two service nowmodules (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SAM, HAM, CMDB, etc.)· Automate administrative & operational,CMDB/Discovery tasks, MID Server administration  Preferred:· ServiceNowCertified System Administrator (CSA)· CIS– Software Asset Management
