Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external asset inventory or discovery tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Flexera, etc.). Ensure data accuracy and governance within CMDB and asset repositories. Manage software compliance, license optimization, and asset lifecycle processes. Design and implement discovery and reconciliation processes to ensure asset visibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ITSM, ITOM, Procurement, Security) for end-to-end asset management. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs for asset and license tracking. Support automation initiatives and process improvements in ITAM operations. #hiring #servicenow #servicenowjobs
