Experience - Min. 2+ yrs in iron casting foundry industry 

Working Hour - 12

Location - Rajkot , Guj.

Job Description

Supervise the operation of induction, cupola, or electric arc furnaces.

Ensure proper furnace charging and maintain optimal melting conditions.

Monitor and control temperature, slag formation, and melting parameterAnalyze and control the chemical composition of molten metal using spectrometers.

Adjust alloying elements to meet required specifications.

Ensure the correct carbon, silicon, manganese, and other element levels.Improve energy efficiency and optimize raw material usage.

Reduce melting cycle time and minimize material wastage.

Implement best practices to enhance furnace life and reduce breakdowns.Ensure defect-free metal by controlling impurities and gas content.

Work with quality teams to prevent casting defects like porosity, shrinkage, and inclusions.

Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control.
