SALES EXECUTIVE:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and prospect new customers, building a robust pipeline of sales leads.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure long-term business.
  • Engage in cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate leads.
  • Present, promote, and sell company solutions to prospective clients, tailoring offerings to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure projects are executed according to client specifications.

  • Market Analysis & Reporting:

  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to management.

  • Client Management:

  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Work closely with the support and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct post-installation follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.

  • Product Knowledge & Training:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, products, and solutions.

  • Provide product demonstrations and technical assistance to clients as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 0 - 2 years of experience in sales, ideally in a technical or solutions-oriented field.
  • Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships.

Education: Any graduate degree except Engineering.
