Position- SDE-4 (MERN- Lead) (5+ years)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled SDE-3 - Full Stack Developer (5+ years) with strong expertise in , and You will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance web applications with a focus on payment gateway integration and SEO optimization. You should be passionate about crafting clean, maintainable code and delivering user-friendly experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and maintain web applications using , , and

● Build SEO-friendly pages, optimize metadata, and ensure server-side rendering (SSR) for better search engine visibility

● Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers

● Optimize application performance for speed and scalability

● Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility

● Handle debugging and troubleshooting issues quickly

Required Skills:

● Strong proficiency in , ,

● Good understanding of SEO principles and web vitals

● Familiarity with SSR, SSG, and ISR

● Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS

● Experience with Git and version control

● Good understanding of REST APIs

● Good understanding of MongoDB/MySQL

● Team handling experience of at least 2 years (managing a team of 2–3 members)

Nice to Have:

● Knowledge of headless CMS (e.g., Contentful, Sanity, Strapi)

● Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GTM)

● Familiarity with Lighthouse audits and SEO tools

● Knowledge of performance optimization (lazy loading, code splitting)
