Role: MERN Tech Lead Location: Bangalore Experience: 5-7 years
Role Description : You would be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality web applications using cutting-edge technologies, including React, Redux, , MongoDB and AWS. You would be leading a team of developers to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across all aspects of our development and deployment processes. You will also develop product roadmap, provide technical leadership to the development team, review design and code according to standards and ensure quality.
Qualifications : 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or a related field years of experience in Full stack development. 3. Proficiency in React, Redux, , no-sql databases and AWS(or any other cloud technologies). 4. Proficient with HTML, CSS - Master of Sass, Less, and CSS3. Familiarity with Bootstrap, Material UI, AntD. 5. Experience working with RESTful APIs. 6. Experience with cloud services, serverless architecture, and microservices architecture. 7. Expertise in Data structures and Algorithms. 8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 11. Prior experience in leading a team is preferred. 12. Must possess exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills, solution-focused with the ability to understand complex problems and articulate them into simple issues and solutions. 13. Experience in handling customer queries and demonstrating product capabilities. 14. Experience in Agile SCRUM development process.
