Who We're Looking For

A passionate MERN Stack Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience, ready to build intelligent, scalable web applications.

Your Role:

Design interactive, dynamic UIs using

Collaborate with UI/UX teams

Optimize for performance & responsiveness

Build scalable REST APIs using and

Manage databases (MongoDB, etc.)

Implement secure backend logic

Participate in product discussions

Contribute to code reviews & mentoring

Stay updated with emerging tech trends

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent

Solid command of MERN: MongoDB, Express, React, Node

Expertise in React Hooks, Redux/Context API

Strong in backend logic, database design & indexing

Familiarity with Python, Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Strong analytical mindset
