We are hiring Lead Engineer – Civil & Structural Engineering


Location:
Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India


Reporting to:
Head of Department


Qualifications:
Graduate / Postgraduate (BE/BTech or ME/MTech) in Civil or Structural Engineering


Experience:
12–16 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Engineering Design & Analysis
    : Oversee design of site layouts, foundations, and structural analysis. Ensure compliance with codes and regulations. Guide technical reviews and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Team Leadership
    : Mentor civil engineers and drafters, foster collaboration, and build team productivity.
  • Documentation & Reporting
    : Maintain project documentation, reports, drawings, and updates.

Essential Skills

  • Strong knowledge of civil/structural design principles (foundations, piles, platforms, supports).
  • Basic understanding of soil mechanics and geotechnical investigations.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design under various loading conditions.
  • Skilled in CAD and engineering software.
  • Effective communication and collaboration across disciplines.

Software Knowledge

  • STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD Civil 3D (or equivalent).
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Engineering Standards

  • Indian Codes: IS 800, IS 801, IS 803, etc.
  • International Codes: ASCE 7, ASCE 37, etc.
