Role Description

This is an onsite internship role for a Student Volunteer at Nootie by The Pet Point, located in Pune. Primary responsibilities include assisting in organizing events, supporting customer service operations, and contributing to pet care and welfare tasks. Volunteers will assist in promoting pet products and services, maintaining a clean environment, and providing a positive experience for customers and pets alike. The role offers hands-on experience in the pet retail and service industry.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Ability to perform organizational tasks such as event coordination and store operations effectively.
  • Knowledge and passion for pet care, grooming, or animal welfare.
  • Team collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with staff and other volunteers.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and a proactive mindset to contribute positively to the on-site team.
  • Previous experience with pets or studying in a related field such as veterinary sciences or animal care is a plus.
