Primary Responsibilities:

Champion a culture of Six Sigma quality across the organization by identifying process improvement opportunities and leading key initiativesPlan, manage, and execute improvement projects using data-driven, statistical methodologies to analyze, measure, and validate results Define and monitor process performance metrics through structured reporting and governance frameworksPresent comprehensive project analyses and recommendations to senior leadership, securing necessary approvals and resources for implementationTailor communication strategies to diverse audiences to facilitate understanding, buy-in, and successful change managementOversee innovation programs such as the Bright Idea initiative, fostering creative problem-solving and continuous improvementCollaborate with onshore partners and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, particularly in appeals capability and emerging technologies (e.g., automation, machine learning, AI)Apply project management and design thinking principles to address challenges, identify solutions, and align outcomes with organizational objectivesBuild and maintain solid relationships with stakeholders, encouraging knowledge sharing and effective teamworkDemonstrate adaptability by testing new ideas, learning from outcomes, and iterating for improved resultsComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

Green Belt or Black Belt trained/certified certification from a recognized certification body or MBA from a reputable institute3+ years of experience working on Six Sigma and continuous improvement projectsExperience with projects involving emerging technologies such as automation, machine learning, and artificial intelligenceExperience in change managementExpertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologiesExposure to a US Healthcare account in a previous role or organizationProven excellent proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPointProven outstanding quantitative skillsProven communication and presentation abilities


Preferred Qualification:

Project Management certification / Master of Business Administration / Six Sigma Certification
