As a G11 Cash Applications Process Expert, you will support finance operations by applying deepening domain expertise in cash application procedures. You'll be responsible for processing standard transactions, clearing customer accounts, and ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction through efficient and innovative practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute standard cash application transactions and customer account clearing activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate application of incoming payments.
- Support achievement of service levels and key performance indicators.
- Deliver high-quality, cost-effective services aligned with business outcomes.
- Adopt frictionless finance practices and drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage relationships across supported business areas.
- May begin managing small teams or mentoring junior staff.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (any discipline); postgraduate preferred.
- 6–12 years of experience in finance support or professional roles.
- Strong understanding of cash application processes and ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently with regular supervision.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with tools like SAP, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and forecasting techniques.
