Role Description

As an Assistant Security Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily security operations and ensuring all aspects of safety and security within the property. Your duties will include supervising security personnel, implementing security policies, monitoring overall safety protocols, and responding to security-related incidents promptly. You will collaborate with management to conduct regular security assessments and develop strategies for risk mitigation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Physical Security and Security Management practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of Information Security, Cybersecurity, and Network Security strategies
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement security policies and perform risk assessments
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Previous experience in a security or safety management role is preferred
  • A bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field is desirable
