We are hiring Customer Service Experts for our Airline client.

*EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS*

Industry Worked in: Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, OTA, BPO

Location: Gurgaon

Job Requirement:

*Excellent communication Skills in English is a pre-requisite

*Ability to communicate effectively with customers on either a call or email or chat or a combination *Confident, Energetic & Assertive while conversing

*Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

*GDS – Hands on experience in Amadeus or Galileo will be an added advantage

*Ability to handle complex situations

*Should be flexible to work in shifts in a 24X7 operation with rotational week-offs as per process requirements

*Prior work experience in Customer Service or Reservations in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, OTA or in a BPO, will be helpful

Education:

  • Graduation in any stream, Hotel Management / Aviation Diploma Holders etc.

  • 11:00 P.M. 08:00 A.M. (For Male members only)

Transport: Option to use airconditioned cars for pick up and drop to residence or transport allowance in lieu
