Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
  • Optimize listings through keyword research, content updates, and backend enhancements.
  • Track and analyze sales reports, ad performance, and order metrics.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and creative teams for smooth operations.
  • Plan promotional campaigns, discounts, and visibility boosters.
  • Handle returns, escalations, and customer feedback efficiently.
  • Maintain and update catalog data using Excel, bulk upload sheets, and APIs when needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, E-Commerce, Business Administration, or Marketing.
  • 1–3 years of experience managing online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra preferred).
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas) and familiarity with seller dashboards.
  • Basic understanding of data handling, HTML tags, or web uploads (preferred).
  • Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
